The observed difference between people

Mayo Clinic research showed that people with obesity have an innate tendency to sit 2.5 hours more per day than their lean sedentary counterparts, and that lean sedentary people stand and move for 152 additional minutes daily[2]. The evidence supports NEAT being pivotal in regulating human energy expenditure and body weight and important for understanding the cause and effective treatment of obesity[2].

How to raise NEAT without a gym
